Services We Offer

Sourcing

We cultivate strong, exclusive partnerships with a variety of yarn and fabric mills, along with accessories suppliers. Once orders are confirmed, we swiftly inspect and monitor the quality of all components involved in garment production, including yarn, fabric, accessories, and labels, ensuring their timely procurement and delivery.

Quality Control and Assurance

Our Quality Controllers regularly visit the factories to ensure we consistently meet our customers’ standards and specifications. Dedicated quality control staff are present at all manufacturing sites, monitoring production processes to guarantee compliance with customer requirements.

Supplier Credibility

Our development team carefully assesses several factors to ensure the quality, weight, construction, and color of our products. We evaluate the capacity and capabilities of each factory we partner with, and we also thoroughly review their environmental controls and compliance with safety regulations.

Sampling

We produce and provide samples tailored to our customers’ designs, fabric preferences, weight specifications, shrinkage allowances, color fastness requirements, and other criteria. These samples are carefully examined by our experienced team of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers.

Packaging

We only package goods that have been approved, guaranteeing that the buyer receives high-quality merchandise. We carefully follow all packing instructions provided by the buyer to ensure that the products are packed according to their specifications and preferences.

Shipment/Cargo Handling

We meticulously review and verify all shipping documents based on the buyer’s instructions. We rely on reputable forwarders to handle all cargo, ensuring they provide accurate information about the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the vessels.
